These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the mobile coffee catering services provided by Nebula Coffee Cart (“Nebula Coffee Cart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a division of Orion Coffee and Tea. By requesting a quote, booking an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide mobile espresso and coffee cart catering for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan areas and surrounding communities, including Northern Kentucky. Services include professional baristas, equipment, and a menu of handcrafted drinks agreed upon for your event. Specific drinks, service duration, guest counts, and add-ons are set out in your individual quote or booking confirmation.
2. Quotes and Booking
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only once we have received a signed agreement and any required deposit. Your event date is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and is not held until your booking is confirmed.
3. Payment and Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the event as specified in your booking. Pricing is based on the duration and guest count in your quote; significant changes to either may adjust the final price. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, are described in your booking agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.
5. Venue Requirements
To operate our coffee cart, the venue must provide a dedicated 120V 20A electrical circuit, a level entrance for loading the cart, and elevator access if the event is not on the ground floor. You are responsible for confirming that your venue permits outside catering and meets these requirements. Setup typically takes about 30 minutes and tear-down about 15 minutes; please allow access for this time.
6. Liability
We carry the appropriate insurance for our catering operations and take care to deliver safe, high-quality service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any event is limited to the amount paid for that event. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, venue access issues, or other events outside our control.
7. Allergens
Our drinks may contain or come into contact with dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Alternative milks such as oat milk are available on request. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs in advance; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of our website and services. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
